About The Harvest Drive
Our mission statement is to encourage children to take part in giving back to
their community. The Harvest Drive teaches the children at an early age that
their contributions can make a difference in another child's life. When we band
together, we can help many communities. The spirit of giving is a character
trait we want all of our children to learn. Children helping children is the heart of
our drive.
The Harvest Drive is a program that has no bounds and is constantly evolving
and growing. Our goal is to involve as many communities, organizations, and
people as possible and to help as many families as possible. You can be a part
of this by donating items, getting your organization involved in collecting or
volunteering, or giving a monetary donation. Click on the Contact Us tab for
information on how you may be involved in donating. Your donations go directly
to the families as there are no paid staff for the Harvest, only volunteer "worker
bees". If you would like to make any monetary donations please make check
payable to Western High School marked Harvest Drive 2008. You may find the
address to the school on the "Contact Us" page,
